法院经审理查明，邵佰春所述属实，“毛妈妈经营部”确未在熟食包装上标示相关信息，违反了《食品安全法》的相关规定。法院遂依法判令“毛妈妈经营部”退还邵佰春货款并支付十倍赔偿款，共计5万元。
